Terrible academy, second time I have made a negative review of this academy. I still have no response to what I consider to be fair, the refund of part of the fees paid for not complying with the training contract that my son had with them, that is why I wrote to customer service twice in September and still have not I have had a response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACADEMY AT ALL.

The best academy if you want to be fooled, not receive any training and waste your time and money, so whoever decides to study or receive some training, the first thing to pray. I add in response that I am not a student but rather the person who pays for a course that has not been given, and as you say to another person in a comment, only here you know how to try to clean up your very unfortunate image by offending someone who you have wronged with money that you have and you have stolen with bad practices, and I say stolen since at least that's how you report me and we meet before a judge and it doesn't cost me that much money, because we already filed a claim and we left it to be arbitrarily valued consumption, but as you know What are you doing, do not agree to be judged by this simple means so that the victim has to report and see how money is spent, time to then give you back a little money that you have already more than recovered and make that money even a headache until let the court end. What has been said, do not make the mistake of approaching this center, luckily in Madrid there are many and very good ones, then the director of the center will call you wanting to fix everything saying that it is new and the management of the robbery center has already taken the measure not to return anything, nor facilitate anything. Good luck with whoever decides to hire there, because a year after the events, it seems they are still doing the same thing.

The experience was terrible, I booked a course with this company last year, paying without receiving the training and in the next few days to start my schedules always change, putting some in which I can't attend because I'm working, these people have stolen €700 from me of my money that it costs me so much sacrifice to get it, nor do they give me the training at the times I can, just as they said at the beginning, that there would be no problems, nor do they give me my money back. Please do not trust this company, they are not serious.

Everything has gone well until the internship time, I have filled out the form and every time I call the internship department phone it sends directly to the mailbox, I have called the center and they take my information and tell me that they will call me and nothing. It seems to me bad attention to pay and that in the end they do not give you priorities and they treat you like this, I would not recommend it to anyone!
